Material Selection
We use 25Mn steel tubes and high-strength alloy steel rods, ensuring excellent toughness, pressure resistance, and fatigue durability from the core.
Tempering Treatment
All rods and tubes undergo full tempering heat treatment, eliminating internal stress and enhancing the metal structure for long-term stability and crack resistance.
CNC Turning & Precision Machining
High-precision CNC turning ensures tight dimensional control, laying the foundation for smooth piston motion and exact fitment.
High-Frequency Surface Quenching
The piston rod surface is hardened up to HRC 55+, enhancing wear resistance and minimizing surface deformation—especially under repetitive impact or abrasive conditions.
External Grinding
After quenching, the rod is finely ground to achieve a uniform surface, essential for ensuring seal life and reducing friction during movement.
Hard Chrome Plating
We apply a thick, industrial-grade hard chrome plating layer, enhancing corrosion resistance, improving seal contact, and giving the rod a high-gloss finish that minimizes oil residue buildup.
Final Grinding & Surface Finishing
