  Provide the correct model number, machine serial number, or part numbers. We mainly sell standard and OEM parts.

• What is your after-sales service?
  All products are strictly inspected before shipment. Our customer service team is available to respond to inquiries within 12 hours and assist in solving any issues.

• How long will it take to deliver my order?
  Orders of fewer than 10 pieces ship within 7 days; over 10 pieces ship within 15 days. Delivery time depends on the shipping company.

• How will my order be delivered?
  If you have a shipping agent, we will coordinate with them. If not, we work with reliable shipping companies and can ship via UPS/DHL/TNT for light goods or by sea for heavy goods.

• What are the payment terms?
  Orders under $3000 require full payment upfront. Orders over $3000 require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance paid before shipment. Inspection services are available.
